The Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Chiang Mai University, in collaboration with the Japan Society for Graphic Science and the China Graphics Society, successfully organized the 15th Asian Forum on Graphic Science (AFGS 2025) from August 6–8, 2025 at Ang Kaew Villa, Chiang Mai University.
 
The conference served as an important platform for scholars and researchers in the field of Graphic Science to exchange knowledge, present new research, and foster academic collaboration. The program covered a wide range of topics, including:
  • Theoretical Graphics and Geometry

  • Applied Geometry and Graphics

  • Engineering Computer Graphics

  • Graphics Education

The event welcomed participants from both Thailand and abroad, creating an atmosphere filled with academic presentations, in-depth discussions, and opportunities for international collaboration. In addition to the academic sessions, the program featured an excursion to notable landmarks in Chiang Mai, which strengthened connections among participants and provided a memorable cultural experience beyond the conference setting.
 
The successful hosting of AFGS 2025 at Chiang Mai University stands as another milestone that highlights the university’s role as a hub for international academic exchange and reinforces its commitment to advancing the field of graphic science in both theoretical and applied dimensions.
