The Asian Mathematical Conference 2025 (AMC2025)
The Department of Mathematics, Chiang Mai University, hosted the Asian Mathematical Conference 2025 (AMC2025) in Chiang Mai, Thailand, from August 3 to 7, 2025. The conference opened on August 3 at the Empress Convention Centre, presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Winita Bunyodom, Vice President of Chiang Mai University. The opening ceremony also featured welcome remarks from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyapong Niamsub, Dean of the Faculty of Science, and a conference report by Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanasak Muakthonglang, Head of the Department of Mathematics.

Distinguished guests included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Intan Muchtadi, President of SEAMS, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ratinan Boonklurb, President of the Mathematical Association of Thailand. Chiang Mai University also presented plaques of appreciation to the Mathematical Association of Thailand and CEPMART for their generous support. The plaque for CEPMART was received by its Director, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sajee Pianskool.

AMC2025 serves as an international forum for mathematicians from Asia and beyond to exchange ideas, present new findings, and promote academic collaboration through lectures, discussions, and networking opportunities. The scientific program is organized into ten sections, spanning topics such as logic, algebra, geometry, analysis, differential equations, data science, optimization, and interdisciplinary applications.
